A UAE company formation consultancy was losing prospects to confusion about jurisdictions long before anyone reached the enquiry form. We built a static site organised around the decision founders are actually making — mainland, free zone or offshore — with a lead capture funnel underneath. It is live on a .ae domain and one of two projects we have delivered inside the Gulf market.
Entrepreneurs moving a business into the United Arab Emirates face a licensing landscape that is hard to navigate from the outside. Mainland, free zone and offshore structures each carry different ownership rules, visa quotas, office requirements and renewal costs, and most of that information is scattered across government portals, consultant blogs and outdated forum threads. The client — a UAE company formation consultancy — was losing prospects at exactly this point: people arrived with a rough intention to open a company in Dubai, could not work out which jurisdiction applied to them, and left without ever starting a conversation. The consultancy needed a public face that answered the jurisdiction question clearly enough to build trust, and then made requesting a consultation the obvious next step.
The site is organised around the decision the visitor is actually making — mainland vs free zone vs offshore — instead of around the consultancy's internal service list. Each option is described in plain language with its ownership model, typical use case and what the setup process involves, so a founder can self-qualify before speaking to anyone.
Company registration, licensing, visa processing and supporting corporate services are presented as discrete blocks with consistent structure, so the offer reads the same way whether the visitor lands on the homepage or deep-links into a single service.
Every section terminates in the same call to action, backed by a short enquiry form that collects only what the consultancy needs to respond usefully. Submissions are delivered straight to the team's inbox — no CRM licence or third-party form service required.
The site ships as static HTML and CSS with no CMS layer, which keeps load times low on mobile connections across the Gulf, keeps hosting costs near zero, and removes the patching burden that comes with a WordPress-class stack.
The consultancy now has a credible, indexable presence in the market it sells into: prospects arrive, understand which jurisdiction fits their plans, and submit an enquiry without an intermediate phone call. Because the site is static, it stays fast and cheap to run, and content changes ship in minutes rather than through a release process. This is one of two projects in our portfolio delivered for clients operating inside the UAE, and both are live on .ae domains.
