An IT integrator in the United Arab Emirates ran almost entirely on referral, with no public presence to back it up when prospects searched before replying. We delivered a corporate site that presents its service lines in terms a finance or operations lead can evaluate, and puts a direct enquiry path on every section. It is live on a .ae domain.
The client is an IT solutions provider serving businesses in the United Arab Emirates — hardware supply, infrastructure work and ongoing support. Their pipeline ran almost entirely on referral, which worked until prospects started doing what buyers now do by default: searching for the company before replying, and finding nothing that established credibility. In a market where a large share of IT procurement decisions are made by finance and operations leads rather than engineers, an absent or thin web presence reads as risk. The company needed a corporate site that presented its service lines in terms a non-technical decision maker could evaluate, looked as established as the business actually is, and gave visitors a direct way to open a conversation instead of hunting for a phone number.
IT services were restructured from an internal capability list into outcome-led blocks — what the client gets, when it makes sense, what it replaces. Terminology was deliberately kept out of the vendor-jargon register so that an operations director can shortlist without a technical translator.
Company profile, positioning and regional focus are presented up front, giving referral traffic something to confirm rather than something to doubt. The UAE market focus is stated explicitly rather than implied.
A single contact form is reachable from every section, with the fields limited to name, contact detail and request. Submissions route to the team inbox, so response time depends on the team, not on tooling.
Delivered as a static HTML/CSS site: fast on mobile, cheap to host, and with no admin panel to keep patched — appropriate for a company that wants a marketing asset rather than a publishing platform.
The integrator now has a public presence that supports the sales conversations it was already having: referred prospects can verify the company, evaluate the service lines and submit an enquiry in one visit. Together with our UAE company formation project, it is direct evidence of delivery inside the Gulf market rather than a claim about it.
